I’m an Edmonton based Registered Provisional Psychologist with an integrative approach that emphasizes holistic mental health and transformative change backed by clinical research and ancestral practices.
Relational, Experiential, and Embodied Therapy for Empowered Healing in Edmonton
I offer a relational and holistic approach to support adults and teens through their personal growth and self-discovery journey. With a strong emphasis on empathy and attunement, I prioritize our human-to-human connection, creating a compassionate, collaborative, and authentic therapeutic environment.
My goal is to facilitate meaningful connection and create the right conditions for you to access your innate wisdom, fostering not only healing but also a deep sense of thriving and personal transformation through relational, experiential, and somatic therapies.

The therapeutic modalities I draw upon:
-
AEDP
I offer AEDP therapy to support deep emotional healing, especially for relational trauma and overwhelming experiences.
AEDP combines attachment-based, somatic, and experiential approaches to help you process emotions in a safe, connected relationship. Together, we work in the present moment to unlock your innate capacity for growth.
-
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a powerful approach that works through the body’s nervous system to support emotional release, resilience, and healing.
Rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by neuroscience, this approach honors the deep mind-body connection—helping you shift stuck patterns and come home to yourself.
-
Parts Work
Parts work is a compassionate approach to understanding the many facets of your inner world. By turning toward these parts with curiosity, we uncover new insight, emotional resilience, and self-trust.
In my practice, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, and Jungian archetypes to help you build inner harmony and transform stuck patterns into inner harmony.
-
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT therapy supports psychological flexibility by helping you face life’s difficulties with compassion, mindfulness, and clarity. Rather than trying to eliminate painful thoughts or emotions, ACT invites you to accept them, connect with your values, and commit to meaningful action.
In my ACT therapy work, I blend evidence-based techniques with wisdom from contemplative traditions—supporting resilience, self-acceptance, and a more purposeful way of being.
-
Narrative Therapy
Narrative therapy invites you to explore the stories shaping your identity, relationships, and sense of self. Rooted in myth, metaphor, and ancestral storytelling, this approach helps you unravel limiting narratives and uncover new possibilities for growth.
Together, we can co-create space for reflection, meaning-making, and intentional change—honouring your journey while supporting the emergence of more empowering storylines.
-
Depth Psychology
Depth psychology offers a rich, imaginative approach to therapy—inviting long-term transformation through exploration of the unconscious. Rooted in Jungian, archetypal, and transpersonal traditions, this work supports those drawn to spirituality, dreams, creative process, or existential inquiry.
Together we may explore active imagination, expressive arts, dreamwork, and—if requested— frameworks like archetypal astrology and archetypal tarot., not as predictive tools, but as reflective practices grounded in ancestral wisdom.

Specialized Services
I offer specialized therapy for individuals seeking to integrate and make sense of their psychedelic journeys. With a strong foundation in somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and attachment theory, my approach to psychedelic integration blends scientific knowledge with a deep respect for the personal, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your experience.
For clients interested in symbolic or spiritual self-reflection, I offer archetypal astrology as an optional framework within therapy. Rooted in Jungian and narrative traditions, this non-predictive approach explores your birth chart as a mirror for inner patterns, helping deepen insight, compassion, and meaning.
